Bacco or Baccus is, in the ancient mythology, the god of wine, viticulture and fruit growing in general, and represents all the nature in its various manifestations. Our passion and commitment is to create clean and healthy products that compliments wines, cheeses, oils and good food.

Kristy and Luigi Papagni own and run an artisan bakery in the little village of Murrurundi , located in the Upper Hunter Valley , NSW. To find us drive along the New England Highway and we are 40Km North of Scone (Horse Capital of Australia) and 80Km South of Tamworth (famous for its Country Music Festival). Murrurundi is located at the bottom of the range where the Hunter Valley begins and it is known as the “Crown of the Hunter”.

We started to develop our recipes in a home kitchen bakery in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria at the beginning of year 2001.
The idea of Bacco's brand was born and with it our very first product: Fennel seed Tatos.

Inspired by old Italian family recipes, and traditional passion for the good food, we hand make a savoury and sweet range of artisan products that are clean, easy to digest and moreish, by using only the highest quality standard ingredients.
